Our Starting Point
Ask most job seekers how they prepared, and the answer involves several different people: a training centre for skills, a separate consultant for resume and interview coaching, a placement agent for the job itself, and (if the plan is to go abroad) yet another office for visas, and a travel agent on top of that.
Ramesh Reddy Coaching Institute exists to close that gap. Counselling, training, resume work, interview preparation, placement, and, for candidates heading overseas, visa guidance and travel arrangements are handled under the same roof, by people who already know your file.
One counsellor tracks your case from the first session through placement, and where relevant through visa and travel arrangements. No re-explaining your background at every stage.
What Guides the Work
We tell candidates plainly whether a local, domestic, or overseas track fits their background, before any training or fees are discussed, not after.
Skill development, language classes, and mock interviews are built around the specific roles and employers a candidate is actually applying to.
For overseas candidates especially, documentation, travel, and post-placement support continue after the placement is confirmed, not before it.

On the other: employers who need candidates screened, shortlisted, and interview-ready, whether that's for direct hiring, campus recruitment, or internship and apprenticeship intake.
